• If you have problem logging in, please click here and send us a quick note and we'll rectify the issue immediately.
• If you have not received the movies, and it has been more than 5-7 days since we shipped the movies and the address in your current profile is correct, please click here. It is possible your movies may have been lost in the mail.
  
• If the disc you received is visibly damaged, please click here to send us a note and return the damaged discs back to India Hut House in the return envelope provided to you.
• If the Disc is soiled, use a soft, clean, lint-free cloth to wipe the disc from the inside edge to the outside edge.
• If any disc does not play properly be sure that the disc is properly inserted in the player and try again. Also, refer to your players manufactures troubleshoot section. If problem still exists then, click here to send us a note. Then just mail the movie back to us in your prepaid return envelop and we will ship you the next available copy.
  
• If you received the wrong Movie, please click here to drop us a line.
• If you have mailed the movies back to us and it has been more than 5 days, and you still see the movie(s) in your shipping status page as outstanding please click here to send us a note.

India Hut House (IHH) Legend

Shipping Status:
The Shipping Status lets you know the date your movie(s) was shipped and its Expected Arrival Date.

Outstanding Movies:
The Outstanding movies lets you know the movies that are currently sent out to you and we have not recieved them back yet.

Rental Queue (IHH Wish Queue):
The Rental Queue represents the movies you have selected to rent in the near future. Indiahuthouse will always ship the highest priority movie(s) on your list that we have in stock.

Rental History:
Rental History shows the list of Movies you have enjoyed thus far.
