Indiahuthouse Rental Service Terms and Conditions

Members:	Yes I read this page. I want to become a member now.

• Members must be at least 18 years of age.  
• Member should possess a valid major credit card. (i.e. VISA, MasterCard, etc. )
• India Hut House reserves the right to reject submissions to be in violation of these terms and conditions, or any incomplete or illegal information.
• India Hut House reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice to you.
• Member must be living in the United States. Movies can be rented only within United States.
• Member must have a regular mailing address. India Hut House will not ship any product to any PO Box address. 
• All movies rented must be for only personal and non–commercial use.
  

  Renting:

• Once you become a India Hut House member you can start renting movies over the net with India Hut House. 
• Selected movies will be delivered to your home by first class mail with 2 to 4 days.
• Keep the movies for as long as you wish. There are no due dates.
• When you're done with a movie, drop it in any mailbox using our prepaid return envelope.
• No limit on how many you can rent. Only limit is a maximum of 3 movies out standing at a time.
• Flat introductory offer fee for Silver Membership or Gold Membership or Platinum Membership or Diamond Membership. Pricing
•  At India Hut House members never have to worry about other hidden fees, like shipping or handling and so on. They are all free every time you order.
  

  Shipping:

• Indiahuthouse.com ships all movies using the United States Postal Service First Class Mail. We have found this form of shipment is cost effective and reliable.
• We do however understand that shipments may become lost in the mail through no fault of the customer.
• Indiahuthouse.com will send a replacement disc free of charge.
• If Indihuthouse.com believes that your account is experiencing excessive loss, your account will be reviewed and monitored. Indiahuthouse.com reserves the right to close the account if we feel that our rental policy is being abused.
• When placing an order with us, or returning discs to Indiahuthouse.com, please allow 3-5 business days of actual shipping times. Our distribution center is currently located in Maryland, so demographics will affect shipping times through the USPS. We are constantly working with the Post Office to be sure that our movies are shipped as quickly as possible.
• When we mail your movie titles, there is a slight possibility that they may incur shipping damage. If you receive a disc that is unplayable, please refer to our help page and email us and return the damaged disc in our pre-paid envelope. Upon receipt, we will immediately send a replacement. Please be advised that we must receive the defective disc before we can mail out the replacement.

• Billing: 

• You will be automatically billed according to your member type (Silver = once a month, Gold = once every three months, and Platinum = once every six months, Diamond = once every twelve months) at the beginning of each term's membership type.
• Your membership will be automatically renewed. All renewal fee will be billed one or two days prior to renewal day.
• All prices will be good for the terms of your member type. 
• Any applicable sales tax will be added to your monthly membership fee.
• All sales and services are subject to state laws, federal laws, credit corporations law and card holder bank laws.

  Cancellations: 

• You may cancel your membership anytime by sending us an email, but you may be subject to normal monthly rate of $24.99 and you may loose your bonuses and other India Hut House benefits
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the member's current membership month. IF you cancel your membership after the membership renewal date, no refunds or credits will be given for partial months of use.
• All rented (outstanding) movies must be returned to India Hut House within seven days (1 week) of cancellation.
• Seven days after cancellation any unreturned rentals will be subject to standard India Hut House restocking fees based on the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price.
