India Hut House Satisfaction Guarantee:
REPLACEMENT GURANTEE.
All products are guaranteed to arrive in satisfactory condition. If for any reason the product should arrive damaged. The consumer shall save the merchandise and the original box with the packing it arrived in and inform India Hut House immediately but no later than twenty fours (24) for replacement. You may contact us via email. Please be sure to explain the issue completely, describe the damage and condition, also give us your contact information and any pertinent information, such as product number, invoice number or customer ID and so on. India Hut House will contact you immediately. India Hut House will request the damaged product to be returned for refund request or exchange.

MONEYBACK GURANTEE.
Any products purchased from India Hut House come with limited time money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of our product(s) you may contact India Hut House within three days of receiving the product(s) for refund. If a product does not work as normal, the consumer shall inform India Hut House within two days of receiving the product(s) for replacement or return for refund request. No returns will be accepted without authorization. All returns are subject to 15% re-stocking fee.

RETURNS FOR INCOMPATIBILITY
You can return un-opened and resalable products for exchange credit or cash refunds if you think the product is not compatible with your equipment. You will be charged a 15% restocking fee, plus the shipping costs for the original order, and any return or exchange shipping costs. DO NOT OPEN PACKAGES UNTIL YOU'RE SURE THE PRODUCT IS COMPATIBLE!.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS
Customers who refuse shipments of their order will be charged a fee of $15.00, as well as 15% of invoice for re-stocking fee. If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order for any reason, please do so immediately -- before we ship the item. Order-cancellation BEFORE shipment will save you money, and save us both lots of trouble and confusion later.

RETURN SHIPPING FEES
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges on any item returned to India hut house under any circumstance. India hut house will pay for shipping any exchange products as needed back to the customer, with the same shipping priority used by the customer in returning the original produces. Any shipping cost incurred by the customer will not be reimbursed. Shipping or handling cost are not refundable.

RETURNING ITEM(S) EXPECTED CONDITION
All returning items must have authorization. You may request for a return authorization code via email to ihhmaster@indiahuthouse.com Please be aware UNAUTORIZED PACKAGES WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER UNOPEND. Authorization code must be written on the package. Returning item(s) shall be in the original package and with original protection. Customer is responsible for missing item(s) and/or damages while returning any product to India Hut House. .
